The room was well equiped with amethists, lighting was good, it was rather clean but they didn't look properly. The facilities were really good, the staff was super friendly and the location was great. The breakfast was also very tasty and variate.
The lining and towels were clean but the first impression was that they were not clean. They weren't dirty, but no proper folding, no smell, they didn't look very good. Also the hard floor, ciment maybe, didn't give you a very nice impression. For the price I've paid, I would have expected much more

We liked everything – the location, the coziness, and the caring, excellent staff.
The hotel met expectations with the staff exceeding. Nothing was too much, even though we stayed when Spain experienced the big powercut. You could this was not easy for any of them but they adjusted well under the pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Breakfast was below my expectations.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Olga for her outstanding service and attitude. I received a complimentary room upgrade, breakfast was included, and I was able to check in early in the morning. I wish her continued growth and all the best, and I hope the hotel truly appreciates having such a professional and welcoming team member.
Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and a great locations
It doesn't feel/look like a 5-star hotel, and for what it offered, it was overpriced compaired to "real" 5 stars. The staff was great. The room was fair.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ohla Eixample! The hotel is beautifully maintained and very well managed.
