Very convenient location only a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and all the shopping and nightlife. Our room was spacious and being on the 26th floor we had a great view. Also very quiet.
Breakfast buffet ( not included in room rate) was pricey and not that great. There’s a bar hidden away on the 19th floor with amazing views but they don’t make the most of it - no cocktail menu or snacks which is a shame. Very much a business hotel, very efficient,clean and well located.
The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the New South Exit at Shinjuku station where there is also a JR office where you can buy a physical Suica Card if needed, Shinkansen tickets etc. There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs and Family Mart around the corner which came in handy. The location the superb! Just few minutes away from Shinjuku trainstation. Had a superb view. The daily security which really checks each corner of the floor, which makes you feel a safe feeling. The room is very cosy and spacious.
Directly when you open the door, you can really smell the drainage.... This stayed for couple of days, luckily only at the front door. One of the pillow sheet had a very visible and big coffee stain in the corner. It made us feel as if the sheets weren't replaced for new visitors. But the next morning it was replaced as new. Spacious room awesome location
Breakfast was not great. Very limited choice on Japanese options. The rooms are a bit dated. Specially the bathroom.
