Cons (-) The welcoming experience wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected. We arrived quite stressed from our trip with our brand new car and were worried about the parking situation. The receptionist seemed annoyed at me for not understanding how it all works. The system is very weird.

Pros (+) We booked a room as a treat for a special occasion and had an absolutely marvellous time. Usually hotel beds can't compare to the comfort of home but we relaxed and had amazing rest, and the breakfast service was also wonderful. We'll definitely be coming back. Right in the centre of town but quiet and so so beautiful!

Pros (+) Amazing Hotel in Sofia , the decorations in hotel is very beautiful, all look modern, the personal and the men in reception are very kind , and the breakfast in room is a great experience the location of the hotel is very near city center perfect for a trip . Pros (+) Hotel was great, good furniture and rooms are huge! Very modern and clean. Each room is different and very well put together
Cons (-) Breakfast was a little chaotic. Have to let the hotel know what you want for the next morning. My first croissant was stale, and it was just a bit all over the place. But good when it arrived. It can be delivered to the room also, which has a lovely balcony for the summer
