The food was not fresh, the staff tried their best but should listen more and they need training. Considering that the hotel only open in December 2024 the facility and rooms gave an impression as if they are at least 5 years old. We had water coming in the rooms all the time after the rain. We just felt as if things are slipping and no one is following up. Its a pity.

YALL the view is AMAZING just beautiful!! It’s exactly as advertised!! Very ducked off but very safe. They had security roaming around the property. It was my birthday and the entire staff made me a birthday surprise on the bed with my name in it! When I went to dinner they came out and sung happy birthday AND made a cake! After it rained bugs were EVERYWHERE! The area is very tropical and beautiful so flowers and gardens are everywhere even in the front of the rooms. Now we know what is attracted to flowers, flies and wasps. It was so many flies and wasps it became unbearable. The Hotel is obviously completely new, the view from the rooms or anywhere else from the hotel are unbeatable and the calm that comes with it but unfortunately that is the only good thing about it
Out of all the issues this hotel has, it really shocks me to see such a hotel with such good potential have such disgusting food. If I were to show a 10 years old kid a youtube video of how to cook something and ask him to follow it, he would still make it better than the supposedly chef they have in this hotel. All is well organised and allocated respectively.
We liked our villa, it was beautiful and comfortable. The pool added the plush to it.
