Astonishing view. Great location. Immaculate cleanness. Simple but elegant design. High quality facility. Comfy bedding. Equipped with all the necessities you need. Super friendly and helpful staff. Best experience I've ever had. Highly recommended for those who plan to stay in the city for a couple of days.
There’s no microwave in the room. (Only an oven though🤣)

Hotel is on the upper floors of The Tower Yokohama Kitanaka. You have to take an elevator to the lobby, then a second elevator to your room. Waiting for the elevators can be annoying.
The views are magnificent. It was wonderful to see all of Yokohama stretched out before us. We even got to see Mount Fuji on some days from the room. The location of the building was also excellent, with many restaurants and shops around. There is also a complete kitchen in the dining room, so we could prepare our own meals.
It was a little on the expensive side.
Very clean and high (48th floor) with everything you could ask for in a hotel for a short or long stay. Great to have full size fridge, toaster oven, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and everything else needed plus a combo washer and dryer. Room was spacious and was cleaned daily. Check in was fast and there were a lot of amenities and facilities provided, such as gym and lounge.

Excellent location for Osanbashi cruise terminal and right next to Bashimichi station for easy access to Tokyo. Rooms were amazing with brilliant views. Beds exceptionally comfortable with the best shower ever.

The location was excellent.
Upon check in I had to request cleaning staff to remove a stain from the sofa. Along the 47th floor corridor there were food/drink stains on the carpet that needed to be addressed. I could not understand how cleaning staff or hotel management did not see a need to maintain clean floors for such a high quality hotel. Location fantastic, close to all subway stations, shopping, food and bars. Suite spacious, clean and comfortable with wonderful balcony and fantastic shower. Friendly staff who are extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend x
