Ice machine locations
Dining was convenient and we were able to walk through the hotel for our reservations. Rooms were exceptional. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom and dressing area were the best we have had stateside. Overall, a wonderful experience for the family.
Maybe pancakes on the brunch menu for children.
Atmosphere, friendly and courteous.
Our room was cold. Staff quickly corrected the situation.
Beautiful property and the staff was great
The accommodations were beautiful and clean. I also had the opportunity to have afternoon tea, and it was a lovely experience. The location was close to shopping and restaurants.
Nothing
Superb! Reminiscent of the Grand Hotels of the Craftsman era, the hotel reminded us of the Grove Park Inn in Asheville. Wonderful music playing as you walk up to the property and throughout. The brunch was delicious and reasonably priced. Service from all staff was excellent.
Nothing.
This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, by far. Everything else was great too, but the hotel is worth it for the cleanliness alone! Also, check out time isn’t until noon which is another plus.
Nothing, I was satisfied.
Convenient location (to highway, food & shopping). Excellent food! I would travel the 3 1/2 hours back just to eat here! Very comfortable accommodations with every detail considered; night light in the bathroom, dimmers on most lights, a "directions" card on how to operate the in-room facilities, bluetooth speakers, bathtub tray with book & phone holders, bed pillows of different firmness, etc.
When checking in we had to walk around a moving truck blocking the main entrance - someone had booked a birthday party with props. I think someone with the hotel should have asked them to move 15 feet down the sidewalk so guests to enter & exit comfortably.
Gorgeous, friendly, extremely clean with modern amenities while looking historic and classic. Music in the lobby was a nice touch as well.
Wish we could have stayed longer.
