Hotel room was a great size. We received a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Just a short walk from St Stephen's Green and Trinity College. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful unique and interesting property. We had a fabulous room & lovely little surprises for my mum whose birthday we were celebrating, she was super chuffed. We will definitely stay again & tell all our friends about our wonderful stay at Number 31.

From the first moment we arrived, we were treated so well. We were told the history of the building and the surrounding buildings. It's so interesting.. We got a free upgrade because someone cancelled. The room and veiw were amazing. So comfortable. Also, the breakfast was so good and plentiful. Such a selection, too. It would suit any diet. Lovely property, fabulous Breakfast poor location.
Arrived on a Sunday evening, walked from Stephens green and felt it was very off the beaten track, felt a little scared walking alone, then once I arrived. Asked about near by restaurants, the front of house gave me some recommendations in the area and went out again to find somewhere to have dinner, but they were all closed so I ended up getting snacks in the corner shop. Location excellent - walking distance to all the city centre hot spots. Breakfast - best ever!!!
Beautiful gem off the beaten path with a great staff. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee devine.
