Breakfast is very good, quality, diverse. The view is good.
The supervising staff to the breakfast has a subjective attitude. Some customers receive juice, coffee at the table, others do not. The latter must wait for the waiters to prepare coffee for the privileged. Sometimes even waiters occupy tables using phones for people who come later. The only problem was they didn’t give us sea view rooms
The location was great and the staff was friendly. Our room had a special decoration and a complementary fruit basket. We were also offered an upgrade to a sea view room.
The rooms were a bit small and there was no swimming pool .
All i need was in room. The breakfast was very good.
The night shift staff gave me the high price more than booking site and he tried to take more money from me but he couldnt.
The view of the room is very wonderful, the proximity to the center, and the staff are friendly
Room size is small
Close to the port with many fun decorated tourist ships. Breakfast was very decent even tho they could add some pattiseries in the options there were none. Personal at the buffet servicial and professional.
If it wouldnt have been for this retouched pictures I would have never pick this place. The hotel is darker, older and smaller in reality; the nice angel art that shows in the picture is smaller and you almost dont see it from the entrance. Great location with a view to die for. Spotlessly clean modern room with a regular cleaning service. We were on the 3rd floor and the view across the harbour was amazing. Very welcoming reception staff with lots of great local information. Outstanding breakfast with lots of choice. We would highly recommend Numa Port for any length of stay and would be our first choice if we return to Alanya.
