Location great, most of the staff friendly, the terrace is great, dog friendly all areas!
For the price they have to improve on communication, service and cleanliness. We had several topics during our stay which were resolved but caused bad moods.

Great location, wonderful breakfast
We were initially given a room with no windows. At our request we were then moved to another room which was much nicer but the windows did not open so we were unable to get fresh air. The room was well air conditioned.

Location, rooftop bar and lounge
Shower- lukewarm water, low pressure, hand shower didn’t work. Room was dark. Front desk/concierge- a couple of them were good but some were very indifferent.
Incredible Casona totally renewed. The location is perfect - walking distance from the main attractions of the town. Staff was very also helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The tasteful and respectful blend of preserving the old architecture while adding modern design elements and comfort.
The architecture and interior design are amazing! The food at the rooftop restaurant was smoother best we had in town. Staff is very kind and helpful.
