Pros (+) Great location, in the student district, very vibrant, very close to Hope Street and surrounding area, that’s excellent for food and drink….. 10-15 min walk into centre…. Fab stay.
Cons (-) A couple of staff were a little short, almost grumpy….. on the reception Sunday night when I had a key card issue and at breakfast on Monday, staff reluctant to allow coffee just after 10:00.

Pros (+) modern clean and great location - a short bus ride into the city by the 79 bus. Staff all very pleasant and most helpful
Cons (-) The property was fine - the only criticism is that my wife is is gluten free diet and although the hotel catered for this there fare was rather limited

Pros (+) Nice spacious room and very quiet. Location is near a big multi story carpark for parking. Staff very helpful and friendly with a very quick check in/out
Cons (-) The TV's are locked down and don't allow HDMI access. Meaning we could not plug a playstation in. The ability to cast onto the TV also does not work.
