Pros (+) Great location within easy reach of The Future Park shopping mall. A good choice of breakfast and friendly staff who were only too pleased to put themselves out.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful when I checked in at the hotel. She gave me the room upgrade from deluxe to suite. I was really impressed with the room. It was huge and had everything I need. It was beyond my expectation.

Cons (-) One of the shuttle buses to Future Park asked for a tip from my friend. A money tip, also known as a gratuity, is an extra amount. Tipping in Thailand is not compulsory, and it's generally considered a nice gesture for exceptional service, but it's not expected or required

Pros (+) Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, clean and really good rooms. Excellent shuttle service to the mall.

Location was great for me because i had to attend a comference nearby. Mall and big c within walking distance. Airport not so far. Rooms still new, breakfast was okay.

Pros (+) The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was quite cozy and sheets were fresh. It was a perfect place to stay if you have a early flight from Don Muang since it only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport
