Lovely hotel with fantastic staff (available via a WhatsApp chat which was super handy), great amenities, delicious food and reindeer on site! Location is brilliant for all the activities but also you are steps away from walking/skiiing paths to get away from the noise and into the quiet of the deep snow. Beautiful spot.

staff at breakfast seem not that friendly, look like they are in the bad mood, breakfast fisrt day is great, but next day was boring, all are the same but lack of some drink/food that good in the first day
Location is the best as it is right where the Santa Claus Village and Arctic Circle is.
Crossing to the rooms while carrying luggage as there is no pavement but only all pebbles.
The Hotel was AMAZING! Great suites with breathtaking views. Beautiful interior, clean and with a own sauna. Staff was super friendly, breakfast nice and dinner very good! We even saw the Aurora from the bed. High recomandation!
Beautiful rooms and location. Very quiet and peaceful.
The room wasn't terribly clean when we arrived and there are no blackout curtains which can be problematic at a location where daylight can last up to 24 hours a day!
It was an amazing experience from the very first moment of arrival. The reception personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and chocolate to warm us from the cold weather outside. The room size was splendid, and the overall ambiance was magnificent. The restaurant experience was great, too. The Hotel is walking distance from SCV, and is surrounded by lovely walking trails. It is easily accessible by bus/taxi from the airport/city. The room was fabulous, spacious, very quiet and tranquil. The views from the rooms were just amazing. We were also lucky enough to catch some northern lights from here.
The breakfast was just fair for the price of the hotel, very simple, and the coffee wasn't great.
