The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Some Russian guests were very noisy late at night and other Russian guests were noisy very early in the morning as they were leaving the hotel. Nothing the hotel can do about other than not promote their business towards the Russian clientele, I guess.
Big room, very clean, friendly staff. Overall a very nice stay. We would stay there again.
Getting in and out with a car was a little challenging, but nothing bad.

Sometimes the audibility is quite loud (probably depends on the location of the room on the floor). Having only one overhead shower built into the wall is inconvenient, but upon request, the staff quickly solves this problem by installing a regular shower headRead more
Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Very nice hotel. Rooms are really clean. Staff is nice too. The hotel is located close to everything , by walking distance.
