Everything was super good! Amazing hospitality.
Breakfast could have been better (more international). Bakeries were not fresh.
Its pretty and comfortable ☺️, suitable for couples who wanted to have a rest in the resort
Abit too far from main town, hopefully they provide more place choices for the free shuttle
Tree Villa is offering very high privacy though you can't stay there for long (too many mosquitos). Buggy service is fast and efficient. Breakfast is ok.
The air-conditioning of our Tree Villa doesn't work at the 2nd day, they tried to repair it while we were having dinner. However, it did not function again soon after we returned to the villa. We have no choice but need to be transferred to another villa at 11pm. For sure this was not my best villa stay experience.

The room was massive and such great attention was given to the bathroom amenities. Fantastic breakfast and the view from the restaurant is spectacular.
This was an exceptional hotel, the staff were truly amazing, especially Tun at the omelette station for breakfast and the waitress Fon, they are just superb. The rooms are huge with all the amenities you expect. The free tuk tuks to get around the hotel are brilliant and the complimentary mini bar in the room is a wonderful touch. Will 100% stay again! We loved our stay, it was faultless.
Only ever so slight issue is the hotel is far from everything. But the free shuttle bus they provide makes it very very easy and the taxi service in Phuket (we used Bolt) is very cheap. So for us, it wasn’t an issue at all.
Beautiful, peaceful hotel in lovely grounds with views over Phuket. The staff were lovely and helpful. Very comfortable room and the food was great.

Everything right there for you, the staff at Noku were so lovely and looked after us so well for our entire trip. Beautiful views, food, spa services and pool + complimentary snacks and tea every day on the terrace !
