Pros (+) Super breakfast, very good location close to KIOMIZU, close to the station with Taxi ~ 1500 yen. Free shuttle to train stations (with small suitcases only.) Amazing bakery and coffee, you can go up to the roof terrace to enjoy the views.
Cons (-) Wi-fi is not very fast :(

Pros (+) Good basic rooms ideal for short stay, well laid out maximising the space available. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location if exploring the sights

Pros (+) The room is a good size, the location is good and the facilities are good. We particularly enjoyed drinks on the roof terrace but were disappointed that there were no local gins.
Cons (-) I have been staying a few times a year since this propoerty opened. Sadly it is becoming busier and busier, in the lobby area especially there are a lot of tours groups. And the staff have become less polite and well trained. The breakfast buffet is average and the coffee is not great

Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel has a great cafe bakery which was nice. The rooftop bar is fabulous for a drink and snacks. Bonus was the laundry!
