Beautiful hotel
Everyone was nice but we had some confusion checking out and I’m not sure if it got resolved
Location was very good, hotel was extremely clean and comfortable.
When we arrived we initially had an issue with the rooms that we reserved being available, after speaking to someone at the desk they apologized and did their best to accommodate us. Even so I wasn't happy and didn't think that they were being upfront with me. Great location, darling hotel. Comfortable bed- love the water station and coffee station on each floor
The room is very small, but the bed is comfortable. Our bathroom shower was ADA and leaked water into the room pretty badly.

Great location, charming Hotel.
We booked this hotel for the speakeasy and it was closed. Also, one of the elevators was not working, and the water/coffee station on our floor was broken and had loud fans running. I feel we should get a partial refund for the very expensive room.
Great location. Can easily walk to Ryman and all kinds of music. Great hotel and it even has a fun "hidden bar." We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone, from the people at the door to the gals that made our coffee in the lobby to the restaurant downstairs, worked hard to give their best!
Loved the breakfast , had it at the drug store , lovely food , lovely staff, will stay there again

Stunning lobby - great location downtown! The double king suites are perfect for a girls getaway! The local popcorn and coffee with H2O in hallway was great!
Thin covers - very disappointing for a hotel of this status. We called and asked for another blanket - and we were told there was only one on our floor?! The new restaurant was very bland.
The food at the coffee shop was excellent. We didn’t utilize the restaurant.
Disappointed the gym wasn’t available.
Upon arrival, we noticed how much history went into this property.
Very tight quarters in the rooms. Room had an obstructed view.
