The location, kitchen, nice large 4K TV in the living room, WiFi in the living room and outside was good, very friendly staff, and many many thanks to the waitress Natasha with whom we had a pleasant conversation.
The freezer is not freezing, please fix it. The WiFi in the bedroom was not enough for the TV to watch more than 360p YouTube videos, but not considering that as a huge issue, but it might be better. We had a slight overflow in the bathroom, but the service guy fixed it timely(we got a free dinner for that)
I really liked this hotel despite its surroundings . Room was clean ,staff super friendly and attentive . We also had dinner at their restaurant a few drinks and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast really blew my mind...a lot of dishes to chose from hot and cold...amazing. Parking space is also a big plus. Highly recommended!
The street itself reminded me of comunism times...but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Really good place to stay. At first floor there is a good bar. The room was cleared, comfortable and quiet. The staff is really nice and positive.

location was close to our meeting. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great.
The last two times we stayed here the internet was bad and unreliable. We were in the same part of the hotel so maybe it's just that side that is bad.
The employees were nice and great. Check in and out easily. The luggage storage was easy and safe. It was a nice hotel, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good
I wish the location was better, the transportation was better, and taxis were closer or more available; otherwise, it was great!
The staff, especially Jelena, were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional across the board, and the restaurant offered delicious, well-presented meals. Highly recommended!

Excellent and diverse breakfast. The room are very clean and they have all what you need. On reception the stuff was very polite. Location are ok, the Belgrade on the water are 10 minutes walk from Hotel and the city center are 30 minutes walk.
The selection of the drinks at the bar is very small, for example they don't have any cockatil on the menu, maybe to improve that part.
