Loved this place so much - Staff were really lovely. We booked the large coach house which was lovely - plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. We loved that there was a record player in the room with a selection of vinyl records. Nice touch We booked the Copper Room and side by side massage for the two of us. It was a 90 minute booking that was so relaxing.

There didn’t seem to have an option for caffeine free beverages in the form of redbush(naturally caffeine free tea produced in SA) nor herbal teas like peppermint, camomile etc. yet the accommodating guest pantry resource supplies was very welcome and so it was all good, can’t really complain nor fault anything as there was nothing to fault nor dislike at all(great guest house concept)!Read more
The room was extremely comfortable, with really good quality products. Breakfast was also really tasty, and everyone was very helpful and professional. Location is absolutely excellent!
The soundproofing could be improved. At night, I was able to hear distinct chatter coming in from the hallway and outside.
Gorgeous hotel, loved all the little touches like free luggage pick up from station, help-yourself pantry, on-site spa and record player in the room. Quirky decor, luxury shower products, lovely bar and friendly staff. Easy stroll into the centre of Bath, Thermae Spa, shops and the station. Will be back for sure.
The bar closing! (It was a Sunday night going into a Bank Holiday Monday, to be fair) -- we had a lovely dinner in town and were looking forward to having a drink back at the hotel. First-world problems!

staff were excellent and extremely helpful and very good, happy bubble and couldn't do enough for us. hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy. the breakfasts was so much choice and delicious. the spa was extremely relaxing and top service. location was fantastic with a less than 5 min walk to the city centre. Me and my partner can't find a negative with this hotel.

Quiet bar but it was a Monday & Tuesday!
Everything. Quirky interiors. A record player in my room. A pantry with sweet treats available 24/7. Late night herbal teas in the bar. A dolls house for tea making paraphernalia. Wonderfully warm welcoming staff.
