Pros (+) staff were excellent and extremely helpful and very good, happy bubble and couldn't do enough for us. hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy. the breakfasts was so much choice and delicious. the spa was extremely relaxing and top service. location was fantastic with a less than 5 min walk to the city centre. Me and my partner can't find a negative with this hotel.

Pros (+) Very nice location. The members of staff are very kind and caring. The bedroom was very cute and well equipped. We loved the pantry! Overall the hotel was great with creative decorations. We booked a massage as well and it was excellent. All good!
Cons (-) The bedroom was on the top floor and it was quite hot inside even at night. We should have tell a member of staff but we didn’t. Not a big deal.

Pros (+) Breakfast was delicious but quite expensive Towels were lovely fluffy and big. Toiletries very nice. Lovely duvets and pillows and thick dark curtains.
Cons (-) Door to kitchen/dining room kept slamming all day and especially in the morning. Perhaps something to stop it banging when it closes would be a good idea. Quote noisey with people and staff in the morning.

Cons (-) The hotel doesn’t match the expectations set in the pictures and descriptions. No special attention to travelling with kids, the website mentions otherwise. The breakfast wasn’t of a great standard, bad coffee. The room wasn’t property cleaned and foul smell coming from the bathroom.
