The hotel's staff is simply great and highly contributes to the succes of the hotel on our view. Both the front desk and the staff who manages the food and restaurant service are so nice, kind and willing to help and this makes us all feel very welcome, very comfortable and home. Before season(late April), there is not much to do in the area. And the beach of the hotel is not cleaned up yet. Thankfully we found a beach nearby.
There was no parking available. We were allocated a room without a sea view, notwithstanding the fact that we had paid for one in advance. The staff were exceedingly rude and displayed a thoroughly unprofessional and sarcastic attitude. It is located in the quiet area. The facilites are in very good condition, rooms are clean and spacious. Everything was wonderful!
Pool water was a little bit cold, but we personal didn’t mind, on contrary.
The rooms are beautiful, modern. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast and buffet are nice.
The beach at the hotel was very dirty, the area around the swimming pool was just basic, sun beds were really dirty and the view from the side rooms (even from the suite that we booked) was again really not nice. I expected more from a hotel with this price. It was so busy in the restaurant that most items were finished by the time you got to the buffet.
Fantastic village location, quiet and peace. Amazing staff, great rooms, pool and beach right there and good quality in-house food options. Local feel away from Athens , only 20min to airport!
