Location, cleanliness and Pool Bar staff
Expensive
Hotel is very pretty - but the beach is not very nice. But the adult pool is nice and great restaurants.
Clean the beach mode often
We had a fantastic stay at Nizuc! The staff were incredibly and attentive, the room was super comfortable, and the amenities perfect! Every detail from check in to check out was smooth and professional! I truly appreciate the warm hospitality! Highly recommended!

The best hotel in Cancun by far
The property was absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were very comfortable
They need a casual dinner option that isn’t room room service. Would have like to have had the room service menu at the restaurant where breakfast is served.

Anazing property. Everything so high quality and beautiful as soon as you are in Nizuc you are relax and enjoy. Service is great, pool is amazing, stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Our second visit and i think we will be back.
Beautiful location. Our butler Christopher was the only standout in an otherwise underwhelming service experience.
Nizuc really tries to come across as a high-end resort with great service, but honestly, it doesn’t live up to the hype. Especially considering the premium charged on top of everything. It’s a private property and no one else using the beach but the hotel guests! Unfortunately the seaweed were everywhere so you can’t use the beach on the left side of the property. Everything is grand and luxurious! Staff were great!
The number one issue I have is a very weak WiFi. With the amount of money they charge for the room. Was hoping that WiFi is much better than most 3-4 star hotels. Whoever is responsible for supplying the coffee in the restaurant should get a different brand or double the ratio. It is so weak that I end up not drinking their coffee the whole 4 days I was there. The poor bar was open late and you could see the sunset. The adults only area was very smart and relaxing as well.
Was a bit expensive so keep an eye on the tab
