The location
The room was too tight for triple sharing. Not much space to walk around the beds
I like the location and the fact that even if the hotel is a bit old, we were given a room that doesn't look dated. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, and the staff were nice.
There is no coin laundry! And the pillows weren't to my liking. One was too stiff, while the other was too soft and flat. The lobby could use more lighting because the dimness and lack of light makes the lobby less welcoming.

What's perfect about this hotel is the location. It's literally across Yakiniku Like and Inari Steak, two-minute walk to Ichiran, Dream Capsule, Zara, H&M, ABC Mart, 6minute walk to Don Quijote and to Tenjin Station and around 2 minutes to the malls. There isn't any coin laundry! This hotel is huge they might want to consider designating an area for coin laundry! They do offer laundry service but I find the rate quite pricey.Read more
We had a corner room which was a good size, clean and set up to our specifications. High floor with a nice view over the gardens The staff were excellent and very helpful. Very near train, food and shopping. Comfy beds
We had 2 rooms, 1 facing the main road and 1 facing the back alley. The main road facing room was a little noisy at night and early morning due to traffic. The room was also slightly smaller compared to the room facing the back. There was not enough counter space in the toilets.
The accommodations were nice. Enjoyed the big bathroom. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful! They always went out of their way to assist us with all our needs, especially helping us make reservations and getting directions.
The air conditioning unit only had 3 settings so you couldn’t really regulate the temperature. It got extremely cold even on the low setting. Also we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and street. Unfortunately we were on lower level so I guess it’s to be expected.
