The staff made our stay exceptional. They took care of every detail and made my husbands 40th birthday very special. The hotel was in a perfect location. Our room was beautiful and clean.

The place is beautiful, great design and a lot of nice details.
While the staff was very nice and respectful, they had a lot of issues in communication and Excecutive. For example I had booked with the concierge a massage in the spa for me and my wife at the same time, and when we were leaving for the spa they told us that one of us would get the massage one hour later. Not the level of service you would expect for this price, and only having 4 rooms…
This is our favorite hotel in Mexico City. The most comfortable rooms and delightful staff. Perfect location too! This was our second visit and we will be back!

The service was excellent and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The house itself is very beautiful and unique in the greatest location.
It would be a plus to have parking included somewhere for the price.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Mexico City. Very comfortable rooms with everything (and more!) that you could wish for, but what truly makes this place special is the team who work there. They were so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond with information and assistance, of my whole trip, not just my stay there. A true gem!

The staff went above and beyond in every possible way! The house is beautiful and intimate, the room incredibly comfortable and quiet, and the service exceptional. Extremely well located as well in a beautiful neighborhood.
