a summary of my complaint which is still unresponded to: 1. They state “direct beach access” however there’s many steep steps to climb up and down and the beach itself is full of pebbles and big rocks. 1) Rude front desk staff 2) GM did not want me to talk to her in reception and asked me to go to bar area with her, but when i said i cannot move that easily and i prefer sitting i reception, she accused me of lying about my foot. Great hotel at the sea front. The infinity pool is the main jewel. Great view from rooms pool and restaurant

Excellent hotel, amazing pool, amazing service, great location, excellent food. The wifi reception could be improved and the beach is not amazing. The water in the pool was very cold. Highly recommended hotel
The hotel staff was helpful, helped immediately with any request. The view from the room was wonderful. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The bed is very comfortable
The shower is transparent and separate from the toilet and it didn't suit us

The food they make themselves was amazing but the non-greek food was not good. For example the burger and pizza...
Everything was pretty great. Room was comfortable - would be nice to have two chairs instead of 1.... Breakfast was exceptional - lots of choices and good quality. Plunge pool was lovely but too cold to use.... Spa was excellent!
Shower needs a sliding door - the water just goes all over the floor...

Bathrobes were ridiculously small we couldn't use them.
Excellent location, spotless and well-equipped, with a warm and welcoming staff.
It was a great experience, the staff was lovely and answered any request we had. There's a private beach right across the street which is very nice and the sea view was just amazing to wake up with.
