Nice hotel though expensive to eat at.
The checkin process was not nice. We were told we had to pay thousands to the hotel for them to hold or they would take our mini bar away. We asked if we could just leave a cr card imprint and pay for what we choose and we were told no so they came and took our mind bar away. Crazy !
Outside of the hotel is magical, private beach was amazing
The room facilities were outdated, and the hair dryer seemed like it was from the '90s. For the price, I expected more modern amenities and better options.
Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff - nothing was too much trouble. Received a lovely upgrade to pool / sea view room with terrace. Breakfast was amazing - the pastries were to die for! Pool / bar staff were very attentive and kind A wonderful hotel, away from all the hustle & bustle, with a great vibe
