We’re so glad we chose this hotel for our stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and offered plenty of variety. Our room was cleaned frequently, and when we requested an extra blanket and an iron, they were promptly provided. The staff was extremely polite and genuinely kind! Also, the location is great as well: a lot of restaurantes, cafes, a Starbucks right nearby, and the metro just a 3-min...

The house keeping were nice ladies.
They tried to scam us by telling us we broke a glass and after a heated argument he finally said its bot your room that is room 104. Is it truly miss understanding? Or was he trying his luck to scam us and lead us to believe we were the one who broke the glass? Even after apologizing and clearing is they keep sending invoices through booking messages!! Its a clear scam to me now. Never coming back...Read more

Very clean, super nice and welcoming staff, good breakfast, rooms face the street but the windows are good and therefore pretty soundproof
The location of the hotel is excellent. It has a small, cozy, and clean atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are enjoyable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
When we arrived at the hotel, we got a small room, upon request Mr Ali gave us the next day a bigger room, he was very helpful, with a big smile on his face always. Perfect location, few steps from Osmanbey Metro. 5 minutes to Lotus walk and Rumeli road, lots of restaurants around.
