Clean, modern, good location.
Ceiling too short, very few choices on the breakfast buffet.
Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Professional stuff and very helpful. Only bad thing is neighborhood that I didn’t like.
Not nice neighborhood.
The room was spacious and very well kept, with high ceilings, hardwood floors and nice balcony facing the old town and Süleymaniye mosque. There are also a lot of small nice perks and equipment, such as ironing board. The coffee place on the ground floor is good and very popular.
The hotel is located along a busy highway; my room was not affected by it at all but those with facade windows may be affected. The Turkish breakfast had a nice selection of cheese, fruits, but maybe a bit repetitive.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially I want to thank you hotel desk and Ali. He was amazing in doing his job. Always help with questions not only related to the hotel but to the city. Happy to stay there next time. I was really surprised the quality! It is better than famous 5 star hotel chains, believe me.
Everything was excellent — from the comfort of the room to the quality of the services provided. Kindness and professionalism of your receptionist, Ali, who welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I truly appreciated his calm manner, polite attitude, and the prompt way he responded to all our requests.
