Sadly the spa was being refurbished but we could use the facilities of the sister hotel less than 100m away.
The hotel was spotlessly clean. It was comfortable and the staff consistently went the extra mile

This is a perfect location to walk to many major points of interest in Istanbul. The hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff very nice , very helpful at anytime , we enjoyed all our stay and the roof terrace was amazing. Very well located , restaurants, sites, transports. Rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Great location for everything one wants to see in Istanbul. Hotel was central in the beautiful old city and walking distance to all the main attractions. Added bonus of trams, train station and boats to all areas around the city, just around the corner from the hotel. All the staff were friendly, courteous, very helpful and happy! Really nice hotel, staff were really accommodating with our need. My husband realised he had left one of his ear pods. we were already out too far for us to get back to the hotel. On our return, we looked, and there was a note with the ear pod safely placed in the bed I will definitely come back to this hotel. Easy access to most of monument by walk or by tram next to the hotel.

Welcoming and helpful staff, and a great location with an easy walk to Palace, gardens, Mosques etc. It was our second time that we stayed at this hotel, and we will return when we next come to Istanbul. Restaurant on roof is first class.
