A pillow menu is available. 50-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired Internet access. Cons (-) The staff! Most of them did not help you, did not know that the restaurant wasn't open on Monday, and guided you to it. Others had the same problem.

Pros (+) great place, would definitely return, however, cost of stay was extremely high...so come prepared to spend money. Shuttle service was the best, room was extraordinarily great and very comfortable. This is a a very nice luxury hotel/stay.

Pros (+) Excellent property. Lots of things to do for all age groups.
Cons (-) The staff was very hands off. There was no orientation at checkin or personalized recommendations on what we could do with the kids. Each time we were simply directed to the website so we could browse everything ourselves. A part of customer care is providing human to human conversations and telling us personally about the property, its history and what all we can do here. Just reading the website...

Cons (-) The closet in my room 323 smelled like a dog, dinner was awful ( chicken) eggs Benedict for breakfast terrible, had a lemony aftertaste! My children wanted a night swim and pool was closed! Decor in the Grand Lodge seems like it will soon be passe
