The staff were the best and I liked the modern clean design of everything. The private pools and decks were great, the main pool gorgeous. The spa and massage by Leonidas was amazing,
The corridors are stone and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot from your room if there are people out in the corridor. Also would prefer a walk in shower not shower over the bath.
Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, lots of space around the pool and very comfortable pool furniture. Good gym well kitted out and good bar and restaurant with lovely views of the sea. Very good choice on the breakfast buffet which was well stocked.
Checkin was smooth and quick. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Service was excellent and the design of the hotel was lovely. Special mention to the service at breakfast and dinner. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The outdoor hotel pool was very aesthetic with good access to sun loungers and umbrellas.
The hotel was not as advertised. The private pool is advertised as heated and was so cold that it was not comfortable to swim. The room also had no AC. When we arrived we were told that the hotel had a central heating system was turned on, despite the weather being very warm. We were told this couldn’t be turned off. Very aesthetically pleasing on the eye, staff were at your service all the time. In particular, Odysseas was very polite, courteous and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!
Perhaps a lil improvement on food variety, other than that, nothing!
Modern design, very comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. Great facilities including a spa and wellness centre. Each of the staff were attentive appropriately and helpful showing great customer service skills and attitudes. We took half board option and the quality of food was high and varied and plentiful.
I can’t think of a single thing it was so good, hence high ratings
