Everything! The staff was amazing, all of the access to the different pools was fantastic- you really didn’t need to leave the property at all. Really loved the hot springs as well.
Nothing big. The only minor item that would be a great addition to the stay we had is to have iced coffee included in breakfast.
Everything!!! The staff were so attentive, the grounds were so clean, the room was impeccable, the food options were amazing. This place was better than places we stayed on our honeymoon.

The property is amazing, you truly feel in the rainforest. We saw sloths, motmots and other birds. Staff was really nice and food was really good as well. They have a lot of options for people with food allergies / intolerances and are constantly asking if someone needs alternatives or something to pay attention to. We definitely want to visit again!

The breakfast was superb. The staff were super friendly, efficient, and helpful. All of the restaurants were top notch. The villas were perfect, the cool pools and thermals pools were beautiful, and the swim-up bars were fantastic. The single best hotel I’ve ever experienced.

There is not one thing we didn’t like about this property, it’s incredible.
Excellent hotel with top-notch facilities and service. Delicious food, all set in a lush tropical forest. We loved the room with the outdoor shower and private plunge pool on the front porch. Getting around is easy—just call for a golf cart to take you anywhere within the property.
Thermal pools, pool villas, nice breakfast.
Golf cart system a bit challenging with kids, but we told the hotel and they were responsive.
Wonderful location, grounds, villa and staff.
Two things let the hotel down. The food is above average but not great, with service also patchy. The activities and staff knowledge of activities is woeful. Wrongs days given, overcharging, and poor descriptions to name just the basics.
