Upon arrival I was surprised at the amount of stairs. And one of the apartments I booked was not 2 bath but 1 and a 1/2 bath. However I reached out to the manager and they accommodated me as much as possible. The location is excellent! My family loved Naxos and this was an easy location to get everywhere.
Stairs, lack of bathroom as stated.
The location is perfect. and the room was on the ground floor, and really easy access.
They could have kept some coffee-making supplies and water bottles, etc.

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work at first, but it was a problem that was soon rectified
Location is great, we walked easily from the port with large wheeled suitcases and supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes walk. Bed is super comfortable. Quick response to any queries. Very good price.
No drawers to put your clothes / underwear in. Internet very spotty. Lack of cooking utensils (spatula, cooking knives, tea towel). Shower head needs replacing (but water pressure and temperature good)
The lovely rooftop garden where we have out breakfast daily. Owner is responsive and attended to all our queries and requests promptly. Apartment is really clean and well kept. Kitchen is well equipped from dishwasher to oven and cutlery though we hardly use much. Towels changed daily. Location is amazing. Near the port and bus terminal to get to the beaches and villages. The location was in the middle so close to the old town/waterfront and beach resort area.
Other neighbourhoods using all the hot water and had to inquire. Was informed to turn on the hot water switch. Lots of stairs as it’s 3 floors. For some with mobility issues it would be a concern. However, the roof deck view was beautiful.
Central location. Apartment was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the shower was amazing. But the highlight was the roof top deck with spectacular views.

Fantastic location, Comfortable apartment, Spectacular terrace with nice views of the Kastro and Portara. Comfortable bed, great amenities including kitchen (with the exception of the stovetop which we could not figure out how to use and there were no instructions).
The key to the unit did not work well at all. It took a lot of wrestling with the door lock to get the key into the slot to lock and unlock it. A bit frustrating to get the host to address this issue.
Beautiful traditional Greek stone apartment with a lovely patio and rooftop deck. The furniture & decor were so tasteful and comfortable. Great bedding. Communication was timely and the neighborhood was perfect to walk to everything. We appreciated the coffee, sugar, pepper & olive oil!
Kitchen supplies were good but a few things that are essential to make it more accommodating: salt, paper towels, foil. These are basic essentials in most rentals. Also I understand that laundry air dries outside but I think with towels, you need to have them tumbled dry for such a nice place. The towels were very rough.
