I loved the location, the food, the spa. Everything!
The pillows, but this is just my point of view
The overall atmoshere, coziness, staff approach, spa and food quality. We felt like at home. There are certain opinions that spa area is not big enough for the hotel size. I have to say - never during the whole week had I any problem with sauna or jacuzzi occupation. No problem indeed
1/ on the 4th-spa-floor there is a water or tea refreshement place missing. Would be nice to have it :) 2/ there is a pretty nice wine list presented. Being a wine lover I missed personally a sommelier or at least somebody with a profound knowledge of particular wines to explain e.g. vinification differences within varieties, and food/wine pairing, etc.
This is the second time, we have traveled to this fantastic hotel. Everything is just great, the staff, super clean, nice and modern room, and bathroom, delicious food, rich breakfasts, snacks, and dinner, amazing relaxing area with a beautiful view from the room, even from the spa. A special diet is not a problem and plenty of variety of dishes every day. We are planning to come next year again a...

Architecture is beautiful, wood and glass just near the forest fit together, rooms are comfortable with all facilities you need, food is great, staff friendly and helpful, great place to spend with winter or summer holidays.
beautiful hotel in a lovely location. the staff look after the guests really well, they all very friendly and obliging. the food was always excellent - and often quite creative - clearly using a lot of local products. We went here for walking - and this was a perfect place to start walks - or a short drive away. Gorgeous walks all around. Also well placed to go to visit local castles and such like...
the spa facilities were a little small given the number of guests in the hotel, but luckily the outside world is much more interesting anyway!Read more

Everything in this place has been AMAZING and PERFECT. The hotel is so fancy, clean, luxury and traditional. My and my husband have really loved it. The spa is so cozy and relaxing, u have many things to do in there. I really advice the restaurant, tasty and delicious.
Great amenities! Spa, sauna with view on the mountains and whirlpool. Great food and friendly staff.
As the cellular signal is very week, I would invest into better wifi as the internet was very slow or not working at all. Also the pillows, one was very small the other too big.
