Pros (+) We really loved the pool and bar area. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was smiling and seemed to be enjoying their job!!

Pros (+) The pool was excelent, however in the room were not a right furniture to work with the computer easily. there were two table, one of them very small, rounded and fragile, and the other one, the big one, for this kind of purpose was not available to use it, because of the knee crashes with the table legs.

Pros (+) The location couldn't be better and the outdoor pool area is beautiful. We met some lovely staff, Max at breakfast, Brandi at the pool and a lovely lady from New York who works on the front desk. Her name escapes me. It's adult only which gives the hotel a relaxed feel. Plenty of staff on hand to help.
Cons (-) The bathroom was dusty and needed attention. The breakfast menu is quite limited.

My husband and I had them in the bag and unopened, and said we could not have them in the pool area even after I said multiple times we would be leaving soon to head to the cruise terminal and were taking them on the cruise. Pros (+) Went to celebrate my son's 50th birthday and everything arranged prior to going were excellent. I like Miami, scenery, Beach, restaurants and much more.
