We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were far way better than we expected, spacious, beautiful, clean and modern, the staff was helpful and kind as well Totally recommend to stay in Narcissus the royal Centric and beautiful They also have a gahwa majlis (coffee room), traditionally decorated, so cute Would love to come back 🥰

The spa was closed for renovations, but the manager made a solution for us , also upgraded us the room. Overall. A good experience! Will go back next trip

New hotel & clean
There was a construction in the hotel , was very very noisy . The first day at 4pm a loud drill noise. I asked the front this manger he said from 10 to 4. The second day at 4:48pm more noises
Every thing was good clean room good service the staff were friendly check in was super fast we took 10 min spa and the pool was closed unfortunately, breakfast was very good it was international food also the restaurant staff was very welcoming and friendly l had a good stay and definitely I will come back.
