The quality of care from the staff was incredible. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We loved the location & would absolutely stay here again!
I like the location and how comfortable the bed was. I also love all the included amenities. Very nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming. I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived and they were so attentive to make sure I was feeling better and enjoying my stay. Wonderful people.
I didn’t like hearing the doorbell every time a guest wanted to be let into the building. We were also by the reception area so it was a bit noisy for me in that regard.
They don’t yet have a full breakfast going but provide coffee, teas, and sweet breads. Really good cafes within minutes of the door.
Great staff and comfortable rooms
NaNa Vida is a beautifully set up hotel in Roma Norte. I loved how they have integrated art into their spaces, the rooms are incredibly spacious and clean; and the service is exceptional.
Only thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators
All the staff were super helpful. Julian in particular looked after us really well. The location was perfect for getting around, and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

This is such a gem of a hotel! Tucked away in the most perfect neighbourood, Roma Norte, it is surrounded by beautiful streets, full of cafes, shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there were loads of little touches that made our stay special. The rooftop is lovely and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Noise machine provided in the room to cover any street noise
There was a little bit of street noise (we stayed on a Saturday) but it didn't really bother us and we used our noise machine!
Staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made recommendations for dining options in the area, had a welcome and parting gift for us, and even arranged a hair appointment for me in the area in preparation for a wedding I was going to. They tidied the room and replaced towels every day. The property is excellently located in Roma Norte and has lots of charm.
The hotel sits on top of a local bar which can be a little noisy at night especially on the weekends. The hotel staff provide ear plugs and sound machine to help with this. If anything this is just a word to those who are sensitive to noise, but wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
LOVED everything about this place. The location was fantastic ina safe and funky part of town. Beautiful architecture and loads of great bars and cafes/restaurants of all price levels close by.
