The hotel offers impeccably clean rooms with a lovely view of the train station, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
However, the location may not be ideal for all travelers, as public transportation options are limited. There is only a bus service available, which unfortunately does not run in the evenings, making it challenging to get around the area after dark.
Comfortable room and helpful staff
A bit far from main Nagoya central
Rooms are big, clean, and modern. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Location is just right, not too far away from the centre, can walk to Nagoya station in 15 mins.
There is no business centre, where you can work quietly.
The breakfast was wonderful
I had a great deal for train noise. They are very rigid and unwilling to accommodate anything. Very disappointed in experience after a long trip
The rooms were nice with very good views. I particularly liked the bathroom layout. Beds were comfortable. Location was ok, convenient because the hotel is linked by a bridge to a train station but have to take a stop to Nagoya.
Lack of food choices. Hotel breakfast and restaurant for dinner was not good. The dinner buffet was actually pretty bad. There's very little choices around unless you take a train to Nagoya main station.
The room was a good size and extremely clean. The condition of the hotel was excellent for an 8 year old one. It is connected via an overhead bridge to the train station.
