Pros (+) Location on the station. We were there for the F1 GP and could not have had a better location. Room spacious and neat.

Cons (-) The only negative is that there is no coin laundry in the hotel. For us as long term travelers, this is very important. There is a coin laundry about a six minute walk on the opposite side of the station. Its small, but gets the job done. Other than that, no complaints about this hotel. We love it.
