Location for experiencing Seoul was perfect, more things walking distance or short cheap metro ride away. Breakfast was good mix of western and Korean food. We had breakfast on a few days but ventured out on most days. Hotel was clean-safe and comfortable. Roof top bar was not open which we would have used. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great location, right in the middle of everything, lot of places to eat and see around, pretty much walking distance to everything that you need.
The rooms are small, irrespective of the price, the rooms are small and keep in mind if you have a check in and you open it up, you'll barely have any space to walk.
Very clean room, friendly and efficient staff and great shower. Staff were very prompt to respond. Great location in Insadong - not too busy or crowded.
Gym was a bit small.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view right from the window. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making it a great start to each day. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Very comfortable and large room and convenient location close to Anguk station and bus stops. Walkable to the Insadong restaurants and shops as well as the Gyeongbokgong Palace.
The hallway lighting in the room was a little dim when getting ready, but that was really minor.

Room is small for deluxe and without basic accessories- magnifying mirror, small bathroom, minibar is without any drinks and snacks only water
Convenient location ! It’s close to the metro and bus stations . Many restaurants and shops just down the hotel ! Good breakfast’ Staffs were very friendly and willing to help !
Perfect location- well situated near historic sites, and tons of great restaurants on the shopping street and alleys behind the hotel.
No air conditioning- we had to leave the windows open to cool the room
