Hotel decided upon themself to turn off the ac for the whole building, room was so hot, and then we were told the solution is to open the windows. Then there were street protests running all night, so with the windows open the whole family had no sleep! Breakfast was not included in the rate, (often times Booking adds that as a bonus), so we did not use it.
The property at one time had a rooftop bar, and wI was slightly disappointed to find out it was no longer open? Maybe it was temporary, but no explanation.

The carpeting in the halls was stained. Overall a facelift of the hall area on the 7th floor could be useful
Unfortunately, the toilet did not work, because the water connection went out. So I had to visit another hotel to get to the toilet. And there was no refund because of that.
More professionel who could easily give a fair deduktion in the Price .
Location is perfect for sightseeing the old streets of Seoul. Kind and detailed front staff made us feel welcome and the facility was clean.
Constantly having to take two elevators; one from the ground floor to the 5th floor reception area, then having to walk around the corner to the other sets of elevators to the room.
Spacious and comfy room, pillow options, great location, helpful staff.

We liked the location and we liked our room.
There was a large protest taking place throughout our stay, which we only found out about upon arrival. On the final night, the noise continued well past midnight, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t offer any earplugs or support to help guests manage the disruption.
Very comfortable rooms with helpful anc friendly staff in a great location.
