We stopped for one night en route from Santander to the Algarve. The Premium room we’d been allocated was enormous, well appointed, and had a double bed that needed me to have a megaphone to be heard by my wife on the far side of it, due to its size. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant (conveniently on the same third floor as our room), and were really impressed by the quality of the food, along...
Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Food was lovely.
The drain on bathroom floor kept back flowing when bath was emptied.

Staff was friendly and parking was easy.
The room have flakes of what looked like food on bedside end table. Chairs had surface stain that were gross. Temperature was too hot on arrive 24.1°C. I sweet and had to call the desk to complain. They remotely turned it down but we had to leave due to how hot it was. When we arrived back 4hrs later,it was at a nice temp.
Nothing. Ugly, ostentatious and pretentious.
Management. They don’t doubt to lie to your face and provide misleading information. Not to come back again.

There was parking underneath the hotel, which was 16€ perfect for us. Ideal stopover hotel on the way to Portugal.
The restaurant was closed for renovation, but we were informed prior to our stay.
Location is perfect to walk into the city centre over the "puente de palmas". Parking at the hotel is easy, rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.
