Pros (+) Comfort welcome and staff.
Cons (-) I left a coat in my room and they refused to forward it to me even though I agreed to pay all the costs and more. They need to rethink this. I own a small hotel and guests leave item all the time; of course we forward items and guests are happy to pay the costs; why not this hotel group…it’s rated 5-Star…that is not 5-Star service.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and parking was easy.
Cons (-) The room have flakes of what looked like food on bedside end table. Chairs had surface stain that were gross. Temperature was too hot on arrive 24.1°C. I sweet and had to call the desk to complain. They remotely turned it down but we had to leave due to how hot it was. When we arrived back 4hrs later,it was at a nice temp.
