The grounds were so beautiful. The rooms were cozy and perfectly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They even stayed late to make sure we got massages and to use the pool before they closed for remodeling!

Exceptional Stay at Mystras Grand Resort! Everything was spotless—bathroom, sheets, towels—all impeccably clean. The facilities were outstanding, from the spa and pool to the sauna and tennis courts. Rooms were spacious, warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was good and the chef, very kindly, prepared a dish for us that wasn’t in the menu. The location is convenient being close to Sparti and the Mystras historical site.
In the spring/summer I’m sure it’s a wonderful place to stay but in the middle of January the chalet layout of the resort makes for miserable, cold, wet walks to/from the restaurant , spa, reception and parking.
We liked the location for a January 2 day break, and there were limited accommodation choices during January. We chose hotel because it is so close to Mystra and we could visit Monemvasia as a day trip. The hotel was clean, and staff friendly. Difficult to communicate with staff with regards to special food diets. Gluten free was confused with lactose intolerance, and we were initially denied milk products. Also, there were multiple automated room lights, such as a green emergency exit light, permanently on in each of our rooms, shinning right onto beds, making it difficult to sleep in complete darkness. The executive room was renovated ,spacious ,super clean and nicely decorated.the staff was super nice ready to accomodate all the needs.he had some noise problems with out initial room,and they changed the room immediately and upgraded us .very helpful The breakfast was really good
The spa area was the worse i have visited,it is not a spa ,but they are aware of the problem and they will renovate it ,hopefully soon. The lobby area was not renovated and was definately of a bad taste.im sorry but it was

Excellent location.Quiet and peaceful. Service and staff were exceptional. Room was quite large and bed was extremely comfortable.
