Location, staff
First room had no natural light, the courtyard described was a funnel up to the roof 4 floors above. Lights on all the time. We were moved to a smaller room, had light, looked o er neglected semi derelict area. The bed with exposed wooden corners scraped my shin. Terribly disappointed, this was meant to be a treat. Def not what we are used to from a 4*plus!

I agree with everybody, it’s wonderful. We stay six night’s and we enjoy the whole day’s. Thank you Myr Puerta Serranos!
Excellent location. If is just 10 meters to Torres de Serranos. Close to almost all the historical places and Basilica.
Provide more drinking water. Room service menu does not have food items.
Hotel is in a great location to explore the city centre. Very modern and new with a fresh decor.

Good location, friendly staff. Room was a good size, comfy bed and decent shower. Roof terrace is a bonus.
Only downside was breakfast. Quality was OK and staff happy to oblige but menu was a limited a la carte. Understandable as it was quiet and a buffet would have wasted a lot of food.
New, excellent design, decent sized rooms
The breakfast is not a buffet; it is excellent and abundant, but repetitive if you stay for more than one night, and coffee could definitely be better (it is unfathomable to me that the hotels continue to underestimate the importance of the good morning coffee for the overall experience; invest 50 cents more on the coffee and you can get away with a lot).
Excellent staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean modern Hotel in excellent location next to the old town and park.
Bathroom a little too small and not much wardrobe space for clothes. Breakfast expensive for what you get.

The hotel was in the perfect location to explore Valencia, the rooms and facilities we're clean and comfy and had everything you could need for a city break. Would highly recommend.
