The rooms were big enough and very clean. And very quiet. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the main square and metro. Very efficient and cheap public transport.
It was our first visit to the Czeck republic so we were not sure what to expect with food. The breakfast was a selection of typical czeck items - we would have liked more hot options. But that's just our personal taste.
Location
As for the breakfast, some of the food wasn't fresh, and there weren't enough tea cups most of the time. TV remote control and air conditioner in the room weren't working properly. Bed headboard and night tables were quite dusty. Overall, the hotel fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star property.
Very good location, breakfast.
Excellent central location, lovely restaurants nearby including Husinec - where they serve best pork knuckle in Prague. The hotel itself had comfortable beds and soundproof windows and walls. We had good nights sleep. Shower was excellent also. Staff at the reception and restaurant was welcoming.
Average breakfast. Safe box did not work, we asked to check why but no one came. We booked 2 rooms, TV was not working in one room. We had 1 mug in double room and asked for another mug which was not provided.

Convenient location
The smell of sewage made me really sick. The breakfast was so bad. Even the bread was hard and old. Day 2 I skipped breakfast as I couldn’t eat anything.
Room was fabulous with a huge bathroom. Staff were lovely and the hotel immaculate.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was amazing—metro and New Square were right at our doorstep, and we could easily reach other areas on foot or directly by metro. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, but as a couple, we didn’t really like the pillows; they were too soft for our preference.
