Location , comfortable bed
A bit old and shabby
Very charming hotel on a tree lined avenue. Lots of history right in the hotel as part the east and former Jewish residence during WW2. Nicely decorated rooms in sync with its history. Very good breakfast with a cute courtyard. Very quite peaceful area but close to all city activities. Highly recommend this hotel!
No coffee maker in the room, however they’ll provide a carafe of coffee if you go down to the front desk.
Comfortable.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room
The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and silent, and air conditioning was efficient. The hotel has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The neighbourhood is nice, with several good restaurants nearby.
Place with a sense of history. Friendly staff
Great breakfast. Good location. Nice stuff.
They charged us on extra breakfast, which we did not eat on the day of arrival. we arrived there in the evening.
Breakfeast was very good
The AC sometimes made a loud noise
The Reception staff could not have been more lovely, everyone was so nice in fact, very welcoming
Great bathroom and also a very quiet room - very high ceilings. The breakfasts were quite nice too. And of course, the location in Prenzlauerberg Kollwitzkietz is fabulous and there are very few hotels up in this part of Berlin.
I did find the decor a bit dated, but not in a charming way. I found the bed rather hard. When I asked for the mattress toppers they claimed were available, there were none left. Several times I went to the desk to talk to a staff member and no one appeared, even after ringing the bell.
Clean, comfortable, safe, good value for money.
