The only issue is the breakfast running out of items some days the egg lady was awesome the rest of the food staff not so hiding signs when food is empty

Pros (+) I stayed in the Exe suite (about $100/day). Staff was awesome. Big hotel. Only 5 star hotel in the area in front of a reef surf break.
Cons (-) I had to move my room because they were closing down my floor due to lunar new year. Lots of chinese people here. They don't enforce no smoking policy too well. 5 stars by vietnam standards and not by western standards. Lots of minor damages in the elevator and throughout the hotel. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Cheap Furniture decor was from the 70s (brown oak). Small mini fridge did not ...

Arrived to the hotel probably on the most busy days as they have had 600 rooms fully booked but attitude of staffs wouldnt make it easier. Have mentioned whilst booking w Agoda that we are travelling with 2 kids however it auto default for the options of 2 adults only. The room is rather small. Thanks for the help of 1 reception girl we were able to change to 2 single beds, other guys are not real...
