Location and grand suite rooms are good.
The deluxe ocean room shown on booking.com had a unobstructed view but the room provided to us had a major obstruction blocking the ocean view. Additionally we were given a very late checking for one on the 3 rooms we booked at 5 pm. There was no staff to assist us with our luggage when we checked in. We carried our own luggage to the room.

It did not feel like 5 stars. I would give maximum 3 Stars. Breakfast was ok, but definitely not good. Maintenance is needed. I was in floor 37 but is was very loud in the morning beginning at 5:30 am.
Location and the suite was great!
Tennis court with no net gym with no water, they wanted to charge for water. Gym tredmills slip and are dangerous. Room service for ice took 45 mins. In my opinion not 5 star.
Bad The drain does not take the water away in the shower. The soap/shampoo pump is always broken. Tennis court is broken and cannot be used. Elevator is so slow. Staff did not refill the soap when cleaning the room. Breakfast is not so tasty. Good The location is perfect. The view is so good Air-conditioning is nice The pool is nice and big.
