Pros (+) Breakfast was fairly simple but good enough to Kickstart the day. I only stayed for 2 nights, had the same items for 2 days. I hope they will rotate the menu.

Pros (+) Great location in the heart of Ginza, minimalist style, big sized room, replenished goods, lounge access in the afternoon (drinks and snacks), excellent helpful staff, easy access to the flagship store through the hotel, would recommend it.
Cons (-) only thing is beds creaked even from a tiny movement, also there were weird noises in the bathroom when sink water was running.

Pros (+) Great location. Walking distance to Tokyo Station and most shops and many attractions within short walking distance. Room was very well designed, with nothing unnecessary. Lounge was an added bonus.

Pros (+) Beautiful minimal rooms with comfortable beds.
Cons (-) The area wasn’t very fun. Really commercial department store vibes. I kinda knew that going in, but was a little disappointed. The hotel was really nice tho.
