Pros (+) Betty from front desk is exceptional. Butler service also helpful.
Cons (-) The front door is both noisy to close and doesn't keep out the noise of other guests closing doors.

Cons (-) wi-fi no or poor service design in suite not friendly plus lighting very poor showier water supply cut off by itself - in middle of shower - shampoo!!

Pros (+) The design of the hotel. Good taste of the architect and lighting designer makes guests feel relaxed.
Cons (-) The standard of restaurant is not that high. By the way, it locates within a huge park far away from city center, ideal for non-business travelers only.
