It was so close to our wedding venue, Silvertip! There was also a cute trail in front of the hotel for our first look. Space was ample for getting ready. Having two bathrooms was great as well.
There is construction outside, so it is not very photogenic on the outside but I didn’t hear any construction noise.

No room cleaning. Despite requesting a clean. Bins were over flowing

Location isn’t so great, as you have to cross the highway to get into town and there are no shops or restaurants nearby.
Location was good, able to get away from the busyness of Canmore but near enough to walk in
Sadly the hot tub ect was not in use due to maintenance, but understand it happens .

The hot tub was not working but there was no mention of this when I made the booking. Very misleading

The hotel is just beside the trans canada highway and motorway noise was an issue. It is on the wrong side of the Motorway for the centre of Canmore. We were told the hot tub wasn’t going to be available after it was too late the cancel. Restaurant staff and servers are very nice. Allowed us to use the freezer and remembered us during those 3 days we were there. Great hospitality!
There was a construction going on in early July. The noise started at 8am on one day and at 7:23am on another day. We were all awaken by that. We were on the first floor and the noise came from the basement. The floor of our room was literally shaking. Comfortable room
Hot tub was under maintenance the entire stay. Would have booked another hotel if I knew in advance. No room service. Restaurant and bar closes early at 10.
