Pros (+) Great location. Walking distance to The Octagon which is full of restaurants, shops, art museum, and historic church. Lively nightlife after 10 pm Thurs-Saturday. Lots of University of Otago students around.

Pros (+) It was easy to park. It was fairly basic, but clean and comfortable and the location was very central.
Cons (-) There was a small area of grass outside our room which was cut very early in the morning, waking us up! It could surely have been done later in the day.
