Clean and renovated hotel with super friendly staff. The location is near the city centre but also one street behind the main shopping street so it was also quite.
It would be helpful if the breakfast was served earlier so the business travelers could have it before they leave for work. However, to solve the issue the hotel offers the breakfast in a bag if requested.
The location was great, 8-10 mins walk to the old port. The main shopping street is right at the corner and the staff was very friendly.

There’s a €15 charge for a parking space.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff accommodated my gluten free request for breakfast. The room was clean and well located near the major sites.
The TV was fastened to the wall making the HDMI input port inaccessible.
People are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Every day the room is cleaned and fresh towels. 10 min walk to city and old Venetian Harbour.
