Breakfast was great, with a few different additions each day. Breakfast room was a relaxed environment. We particularly enjoyed the 'sweet treats' - cake, jelly etc. Staff on reception were always friendly, and acknowledged us with a wave whenever we passed through. The room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, the bathroom and shower were clean and modern. The location is great – even though the neighborhood isn't the coziest in Chania, you're very close to the parts of the town that are. But you're still far enough away from the clubs and restaurants that you get a quiet street outside when you're trying to sleep. A good compromise, ...

Clean and renovated hotel with super friendly staff. The location is near the city centre but also one street behind the main shopping street so it was also quite.
It would be helpful if the breakfast was served earlier so the business travelers could have it before they leave for work. However, to solve the issue the hotel offers the breakfast in a bag if requested.
The location was great, 8-10 mins walk to the old port. The main shopping street is right at the corner and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff accommodated my gluten free request for breakfast. The room was clean and well located near the major sites.
